We work hard to ensure that our return policies are fair to all the parties involved.
RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more than 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RGA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@niagaraconcretecoatings.com to issue a return request. Once approved, you will be provided with an authorization number (RGA Number). A return will not be accepted without a Return authorization.
All returns must be shipped and postmarked within 20 days of the item being received. Any return shipped after 20 days may be ineligible for a refund.
If an item is accidentally ordered (wrong size, quantity, colour, etc), please be aware that for items returned through no fault of ours, you might see a small deduction for return shipping and/or a restocking fee of up to 30% of the order from your refund.
If a returned product claiming to be defective, but we find out it works, you might lose up to 50% of the product's sale price from your refund.
Any custom or opened / partially used products are NON-REFUNDABLE
Finally, if your order goes unclaimed and gets returned to us, we'll issue a refund minus a restocking/return shipping fee that will be determined during processing.
DAMAGED ORDERS
We use 3rd party carriers for out of town deliveries. Sometimes our packages get a little mishandled on their way to you. If your order looks like it has been damaged, give our customer service team a call ASAP! Hold off on signing for it until we've had a chat. – just snap a few pics and provide the details. Together, we'll make things right!

What items are eligible for return?
30-DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
If you are dissatisfied, you can return your sprayer to us within 30 days of purchase and either exchange the product for an identical sprayer or trade up to a larger sprayer for an extra cost. The service center simply orders the replacement sprayer and completes a warranty claim for credit for the original sprayer.
