Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 6am – 12pm. Eastern Time.  Orders received after this cut-off time will count toward the next business day. 

Your shopping cart reflects the estimated shipping cost, based on the shipping method you chose. This cost assumes all items in your cart are going to a single address within Canada. Some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, which will result in an additional charge. When we process your order we will make any necessary adjustments in shipping costs and notify you of changes via email. Rates are subject to change without notice.

CARRIERS

We use the following carriers for smaller orders: Loomis Express, FedEx, Purolator, UPS, DHL and Canada Post.  Larger orders will ship LTL by a carrier that can accomodate the size of your order.

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, you will receive this information via email/SMS. 

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the items in your cart, as well as where you are located. You can get an estimate of the shipping costs in your cart anytime by viewing your cart and inputting your country, city (if available), and postal/zip code in the “Estimate Shipping” dropdown below your chosen product(s).

All orders of $500 or more may qualify for free Standard Shipping within Canada. Certain products are excluded from receiving free shipping. Expected delivery including processing time is between 5 and 10 business days for Standard Shipping.

LOCAL PICKUP

Customers located near our store can opt to do a pick up order. Upon reaching the “Checkout” page, you will be able to enter your Contact Information, and you can select “Pick Up” as your Delivery method.

BACKORDERS

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock, or we may contact you for further instructions. Once the back ordered item becomes available we will ship out the rest of your order.

You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
